Booking Conditions
The booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the duly completed and signed booking contract, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale during the online booking.
In case of non-payment of the deposit at the reservation or the balance at the latest 30 days before the date of the start of the stay by the guest, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to repropose the accommodation to the rental.
Reservations are binding on Bontempo La Yole, only if Bontempo La Yole has accepted them, which Bontempo La Yole is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances of such a nature as to hinder the execution of the reservation made.
Bontempo La Yole offers stays with a family vocation, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Bontempo La Yole reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to hijack it.
The reservation of a campsite or a rental is made in a strictly personal capacity. Under no circumstances can you sublet or assign your reservation without the campsite’s prior consent.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
The rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is from 2 to more than 8 places depending on the type of rental and the campsite.
Bontempo campsites reserve the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting with a greater number of participants than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
The booking fee is 29 € in high season (July-August), 19 € in low season on rentals and bare pitches and 7.50 € for a weekend booked in one of our cottages.
Any booking of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons but knowing and moving together for the same motivations on the same dates of stay at Bontempo La Yole is considered a group.
The accommodation offered on the Bontempo merchant website is exclusively for individual guests.
For any group booking request, you must contact Bontempo La Yole by phone, e-mail or via our «CONTACT US» section.
The campsite Bontempo La Yole contacted reserves the right to study the reservation request before acceptance or refusal.
The prices indicated are valid for the current year. They correspond to one night or one week, depending on the type of accommodation and the period and are in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax varies according to the municipalities.
Rates may vary during the season.
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the amount of the reserved services must be paid upon booking at the campsite. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the camping stay.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite (25% deposit + balance of the stay).
In case of non-payment of the deposit at the reservation or the balance at the latest 30 days before the date of the start of the stay by the guest, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to repropose the accommodation to the rental.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Bontempo La Yole informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specified date, or at a specified frequency, is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.
1. Change your booking
The customer can request the modification of his stay in the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No deferral will be accepted on the following season. If no changes are made, the guest must make their stay in the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation guarantee.
Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made according to availability and according to the rates in force.
Any request to decrease the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay rules.
2. Benefits not used
In case of interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
Closure of borders by administrative decision
Administrative closure of the campsite
Limit of travel to a number of kilometres per administrative decision not allowing to come to the campsite
A voucher of an amount corresponding to the nights not consumed, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal on the part of the customer of this voucher, it will be refunded, on request, the corresponding amount less the cost of the cancellation insurance if it was subscribed.
Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) by the customer will not give rise to a refund or a voucher.
3. Cancellation by Bontempo La Yole campsite
In case of cancellation due to camping Bontempo La Yole, except in case of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by camper
In case of cancellation by the camper, except in case of force majeure, the cancellation and refund conditions are the following.
Any request for cancellation must be sent by mail to the postal address of the campsite Bontempo La Yole or by e-mail. Cancellations transmitted by phone will not be considered. Any cancellation results in the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation again for rent.
a. In case of cancellation by the camper without subscription to the warranty cancellation
For one of the following reasons (preventing stay):
Closure of borders by administrative decision
Administrative closure of the campsite
Limit of travel to a number of kilometres per administrative decision not allowing to come to the campsite
A voucher, for an amount corresponding to the total amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal by the customer of this voucher, it will be refunded, on request, the corresponding amount.
Cancellation up to 30 (thirty) days before the start of the stay:
The deposit of 25% of the stay will be kept by the campsite as a cancellation fee. The sums paid, deducted from the deposit amount, will be refunded. If the payment was made in part or in full with a voucher worth more than the deposit: the deposit of 25% of the stay will be kept by the campsite as a cancellation fee as well as the booking fee. A new non-refundable voucher for a period of 2 years usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled will be issued with an amount of the voucher to be credited initially less the deposit of 25%. The remaining amounts paid other than the voucher will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival:
All payments will be kept by the campsite.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in holiday cheques cannot be the subject of any refund in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of the French Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher valid for a period of 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, will be established by the amount of the sums paid in Holiday Cheque, possibly less the deposit, according to the conditions indicated above.
b. CASE 1: In case of cancellation by the camper with a subscription to the guarantee cancellation
The sums paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general conditions of cancellation. The cancellation must be justified by a serious event occurring between the date of booking and that of arrival and unknown at the time of booking: sickness, serious accident, death of the lessee, his spouse, ascendants or descendants, economic dismissal of him-even, or of his spouse, damage to his main residence or business premises.
CASE 2: If the ground is not covered by the cancellation guarantee or if the file is refused by it, the general conditions of sale of paragraph 4 a. apply.
Your stay
arrival
If the requirement for a “health pass” is required by the government of the camping country on the dates of the stay booked, all participants in the stay, subject to this obligation, will have to present a valid “health pass” on arrival in order to enter the campsite.
Depending on the campsites and periods, arrival days are variable (refer to the specific conditions of each campsite).
Rental accommodation: On the day of your arrival in the Bontempo La Yole, you will be welcomed from 16:00, and at the delivery of your rental keys, a deposit will be requested.
during your stay
It is up to the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite does not accept any liability in the event of an incident falling under the camper’s civil liability. All customers must comply with the rules of procedure. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with him or visit him.
leaving
Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be made in perfect cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or deteriorated object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the allowances, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the state of the places of exit. The withholding of the bond does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the charges exceed the amount of the bond.
Rental accommodation: In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package with a minimum value of €90 including taxes will be requested (see the page Prices of each campsite).
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the applicable night rate.
animals
Pets are allowed at Bontempo La Yole (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category), only for camping pitches, for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited near swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.

You authorize Bontempo La Yole, as well as anyone whom Bontempo La Yole would like to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Bontempo La Yole and to exploit the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (especially on Bontempo La Yole websites or Internet pages, including Facebook and Instagram, on Bontempo La Yole presentation and promotion materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the Bontempo La Yole establishments and network and will in no way harm your reputation. This authorisation is granted free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
dispute
Any complaint concerning the non-compliance of the services with the contractual commitments can be reported by mail or e-mail to the manager of the campsite concerned or to Bontempo La Yole.
mediation
In the context of a dispute with one of the institutions of our group, you have the opportunity to contact us in the following manner:
Sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the campsite manager concerned
