To reinforce your training and take advantage of the good weather, you can participate in aquagym classes. Open from April to September, our aquatic complex welcomes swimmers of all levels in water heated to 30 degrees. Spa, geysers, massage beds… Discover all the facilities of this 800 m² space to tone up your body.
You can also go running in the nearby forests, but also take advantage of the water activities available in the area: kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, sand yachting, golf…
Do you prefer group activities? At Bontempo Village Saint Jean-de-Monts, there are many places to practice group activities.
