First camping experience in our own van in abroad. Really enjoyed it, reception staff really accommodating and spoke excellent English. Facilities were excellent too. Only negative was timed showers were frustrating, 6 minutes not quite long enough, 12 minutes too long.

The area did not suit us. Cycling was not brilliant. Lack of signage in woods made it difficult without google maps would have been lost. Too modern and built up for us. With innumerous campsites all the same. Not for us.

The standards that we found on our first visit several years ago have been maintained, everything looked in good shape and we had a great time. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially at reception were a misunderstanding over booking a bbq was solved promptly

Although not the fault of the site it would be good if the superette could stay open until season end especially given that the shops in Les Mouettes were all closed as well

Pitch was a good size with all the amenities, it was a little tired but that’s expected at the end of the season

Only issue is that like most sites with drainage the drain is above the ground making it difficult to empty the grey water and was set at the higher end of the pitch
